Customized group training – If you have a group of people that would like to workout together at a certain time, we can set up a program just for you!
Personal Training – If you want to learn the basics on your own first or want a chance to have one-on-one teaching and coaching from Mandy, you can set up individual training sessions.

The classes presented by Top Fitness instructor, Mandy Rogers, inspired me to incorporate more diversity in my workout schedule which has enhanced my running performance. She allows each of us to move at our own pace and constantly monitors us to make sure we are executing the exercises correctly. In addition to being a top notch trainer, Mandy is a tremendous motivator.
