My days of heavy lifting are over; I don’t see hang cleans or push jerks in my near future. Now that I am defining myself as a post-collegiate athlete, I have dabbled in some different body-weight-type circuit training routines. However, I often find myself simply walking or getting hills in, and my habits are probably a little boring to continuously post. I reached out to a dear friend and fellow blogger who has some experience in said workout-making, and I have recreated her body-weight circuit below. Take your pick!
